We want to help you get to know the impact that nonprofits have on our community, the story behind what they do, and how to get involved. By spotlighting stories from various nonprofits, we aim to inspire volunteers to begin, and continue, making valuable contributions to the community and the people within.
The mission of Created Woman is to turn dreams into purpose and woman into leaders through mentorship, coaching, gatherings, resources and community. As you change a woman’s life, she changes the world around her.
In a society that traditionally has men in positions of power and importance, it is crucial that woman who are looking to advance into these positions have a strong foundation and community of like-minded people around them. Created Woman was developed exactly to give women this support system and a place to feel uplifted every step of the way on their journey to their passion.

The Story Behind Created Woman Foundation
Nearly 12 years ago, Created Woman was founded by Heather Frierson after seeing that many of the woman around her were not living their lives with passion.
Frierson realized that in order for someone to live their life with passion, there sometimes needs to be that “leap of faith” that pushes an individual to ACTUALLY chase their calling(s). As you change a woman’s life, she changes the world around her. “Created Woman exists to equip & empower woman to be who they are created to be inside & out”.

Volunteer at Upcoming FC Soccer Games to Help Change Lives!
Want to have fun and help raise money for this amazing cause? The Created Woman Foundation is responsible for three concession stands at upcoming FC Soccer games, and in return 10% of sales will be donated back to the nonprofit organization!
This is an amazing opportunity to serve our community and fundraise for the women they serve.
Created Woman follows 6 Core Teaching Principles that each member should follow in pursuing their passions.
DREAMS
We believe that God has given each of us a God-sized dream! One that will not only change our lives, but those around us for the better. Our dreams are not just about us, but about our purpose and our legacy.
HEALING
We believe we cannot be our best self unless we embrace the beauty of God’s healing power. By walking through and in His grace, we experience healing, strength, peace and restoration ultimately bringing life to others in our family and community.
IDENTITY
Women are inundated with the expectation of having a full life and yet the pace of our lives in every area are completely overwhelming and unrealistic. With commitments of faith, family, church, community, and career looming over our heads, women wonder what they should do, what they can do and what they want to do. Now more than ever, women have been given the opportunity for their voices to be heard and are actually being heard and valued more than ever. But with that opportunity, comes great responsibility ever increasing the question: Where do I fit, now and what do I want to say most?
PURPOSE
We believe the greatest tragedy in life is not death, but a life without a purpose. Created Woman’s purpose is to equip and empower women to dream, discover and ignite their own unique purpose. Help her run her race with endurance and show up well as an Ambassador of Christ. Positioning each to be unleashed and be legacy builders for generations to come.
HEALTH
Yes, you were born on purpose and for a purpose and as created women, we are to run with perseverance the race marked out for us (Hebrews 12:1). Being healthy physically is important so that we can run well with endurance and not tire or burn out but instead live a long, healthy life pointing people back to Jesus fulfilling the very purpose He created us.
FASHION
We believe that as Ambassadors of Christ, it’s okay to show up well! We believe our identity and self-worth comes through Christ and as we embrace our unique personality and quirks He has given us, our fashion becomes an outward expression of who we are created to be. Plus, fashion is a whole lot of fun!
