Open-data screens such as EPC, planning, flood and council tax start on the free check.
- When should I start?
- You do not need to be ready to list. Many sellers start weeks or months before they go on the market.
- Is Swoovy legal advice?
- No. Swoovy highlights areas to review. Your conveyancer carries out the legal work.
- Can I share information with my conveyancer?
- Yes. With Swoovy Sale Ready you can generate a Sale Ready Pack to share relevant property information and documents.
